1783.07 Receptacles for Rubbish <br /> <br />No garbage~ rubbish~ litter shall be placed or permitted to remain in any <br />building or upon such premises elsewhere than in suitable receptacles, nor <br />shall any rubbish, dirt or waste, be swept or placed upon any street or <br />sidewalk. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning or relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and any of its con~nittees that result in such formal action, were in meetings <br />open to the public and in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to council shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor~ <br />otherwTse, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period <br />allowed by law, and existing paragraph (b) of Section 1783.05 and 1783.07 shall <br />be and the same are hereby repealed at such time. <br /> <br />PRES I DENT <br /> <br /> <br />
