No. 93-88 <br />'lst Reading 12-19-88 <br /> 2nd Reading 1-3-89 <br /> <br />Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Gazzana, <br />George, Graham, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain <br />appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 10-88 adopted March <br />28, 1988. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency' exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the public property, health, and safety and the <br />usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as <br />appropriated byOrdinanceNo. 10-88 adopted March 28, 1988. <br /> <br />Section 2.
