Section 10. It is'- fo~d and dete~in~ that all focal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopt~ in an o~n ~eting of this Council, and that <br />all such deli~rations of this Council and of any of its co~ittees <br />that result~ in such focal action were in meetings o~n to the <br />public in compliance with all l~al requirements. <br /> s~tion 11.
