Section 6. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Enterprise Funds: <br /> <br />Water Fund <br />Waste Water Operating Fund <br />Parking Facilities Fund <br />Congregate Living Facilities Fund <br /> <br />$ 1,600,000 <br /> 625,000 <br /> 250,000 <br /> 2,000 <br /> <br />Section 7. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Internal Service Funds: <br /> <br />Hospitalization Insurance Fund <br />General Liability Self-Insurance Fund <br /> <br />300,000 <br />50,000 <br /> <br />Section 8. That further all present encumbrances of all funds of the <br />City of Lakewood shall be .carried forward. <br /> <br />Section 9. That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby <br />authorized to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts <br />appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly <br />approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, provided the President of Council shall approve all claims <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 10. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved:~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
