ORDINANCE NO. 75-89 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months, January 1, 1990 to March 31, 1990 as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code. WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: Genderal Fund $ 5,000,0OO Section 2. That there be appropriated from Special Revenue Funds: State Highway Fund Street Const., Maintenance & Repair Fund Police Pension Fund Fire Pension Fund Office on Aging Fund, Title IIIB Office on Aging Fund, Title IIIC Litter Control Fund Community Development Block Grant Fund Jobs Training Grant Fund Municipal Energy Mgt.
