In accordance with Article III, Section 14, of the Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than five (5) of the most public places in the City, which places have been determined by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59.
