Section 13. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council and of any of its committees, <br />that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the .public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 14. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of~ two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Counci, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immeidately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor, and Ordinance No. 75-89 a.nd a~e.r ordi~s of <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith are <br /> <br />Adopted: ~ /~/ /¢~d~ . <br /> <br /> Clerk ~/ <br /> <br />Approved:~ ~// /~ <br /> <br /> <br />
