homestead during each one or three-month billing <br />period shall be twelve dollars and ninety-three <br />cents ($12.93) beginning March 1, 1989. All water <br />used in excess of 1,000 cubic feet during each one <br />or three-month billing period shall cost 129.3 <br />cents ($1.293) per 100 cubic feet beginning March <br />1, 1989. <br /> <br />(b) The minimum dollar amount set forth in (a) <br />above shall be increased to Sixteen Thousand Five <br />Hundred ($16,500) Dollars annually as of the <br />effective date of this ordinance. Such amount may <br />be revised by Council from time to time but not <br />more often than annually by resolution. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that <br />all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
