that this provision of this Agreement shall not in any Way <br /> waive or grant the Redeveloper an exception to or exemption <br /> from any regulatory law or any regulatory ordinance or <br /> resolution. <br /> <br /> (b) ~hanges in Drawings. <br /> <br /> Redeveloper may submit any proposed changes in the <br /> <br />4Project Plans after approvals have been previously given. <br />Within thirty (30) days after submission, the City shall advise <br />the Redeveloper in writing of its approval, or of its <br />disapproval of such requested changes and the reasons <br />therefor. Resubmissions may be made in a like manner. No <br />approval given by. the City shall relieve the Redeveloper from <br />compliance with state and 10cat ~laws governing the construction <br />~of any Project-related improvements ("Improvements") on any of <br />the Redevelopment Pr°perties. <br /> <br /> (c) Certif¥inq to Third Parties. <br /> <br /> 'At any time after the Schematic Designs, Preliminary <br />Plans, Construction Plans, or modifications of RedeVeloper have <br />been approved, the City shall, upon request-of the Redeveloper, <br />furnish certificates upon Which any third party, including a <br />mortgagee, may rely, evidencing such approval and acknowledging <br />that such plans, drawings or modifications meet the <br />requirements of the Lakewood City Center Plan and this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> (d) Site Plan/Building Permit Approvals. <br /> <br /> In addition to any other condition precedent to <br /> <br />Redeveloper's obligations hereunder, Redeveloper's acquisition <br /> <br />- 16 - <br /> <br /> <br />
