Page 3 of 3 <br />Redeveloper will demolish and remove existing ~bove qround improvements and grade <br />on the following permanent parcel: <br /> <br /> PPN Street Address <br /> 314-4-022 Warren Road (Fire Station Property) <br /> <br /> Note C <br /> <br />City to transfer fire station property (PPN 314-4-022) but retain right to occupy <br />and use existing fire station improvements until relocation. <br /> <br />IINote D <br /> <br />City is responsible for demolition and removal of all underground improvements and <br />relocation, as necessary, of underground utilities, improvements, and storage <br />tanks within the fire station parcel. Redeveloper is responsible for demolition <br />and removal of above ground improvements on the fire station parcel. Redeveloper <br />is responsible for grading the fire station parcel. Once the City has completed <br />its demolition and removal work, Redeveloper will have 6 months to complete its <br />work to the fire station parcel~ <br /> <br />Note E <br /> <br />Improvements on public purpose parcels must be complete on or before the date of · 'ial Completion of the Shell ~f L-,~r~ 2'..~2ding. <br /> <br /> <br />
