of the non-public purpose portion of the Redevelopment <br /> Properties is expressly conditional upon and subject to full <br /> Site Plan approval and the issuance of building permits f~r all <br /> building shells contemplated by the Project Plans. In such <br /> connection, Redeveloper will promptly submit all plans, <br /> drawings, information and the like necessary to Obtain such <br /> <br /> .approvals and permits and respond, to all reasonable inquiries <br /> and requests from the City with respect thereto. If such <br /> approvals and permits have not been obtained or issued by the <br /> Outside Closing Date, ..Redeveloper may terminate this Agreement <br /> or extend in writing the time within which such requirements <br /> are to be accomplished, in which event the Outside Closing Date <br /> shall be appropriately extended. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
