behalf of the City) to at all times coordinate their total <br /> efforts and provide full and mutual cooperation in order to <br /> achieve harmonious planning and design, adequate structurally <br /> and aesthetically for the total development contemplated by <br /> this Agreement and consistent with the cost limitations of the <br /> Project and each of the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> The purpose of all City-related architectural review <br /> of Schematic Designs, Preliminary Plans and Construction Plans <br /> pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, shall <br /> be only to assure that overall exterior architecture and <br /> interior spaces as viewed from public ways will meet with the <br /> <br /> design~objectives of the City. 'The scope of such review shall <br /> be limited accordingly and shall not relate to or include <br /> building interiors not visible from public ways. The City <br /> shall not refuse approval of Redeveloper,s Project Plans for <br /> <br /> reasons'which'are inconsistent With approvals previously given <br /> to precedent plans or designs. <br /> <br /> (b) Underqround Utilities. <br /> <br /> Subject to the City's compliance With the <br /> <br />utility-related requirements of Section 2 hereof, in the event <br />that provisions are made within the Plan Area-for the <br />installation of underground utilities, Redeveloper agrees that <br />it will, at its own expense, have its ~tilities connected to <br />the underground system and will grant to the City or any other <br />party involved with redevelopment of the Plan Area any <br />necessary easements for utility purposes consistent with the <br />construction, financing and operation of the Improvements and <br />the objectives of the Plan. <br /> <br />- 20 - <br /> <br /> <br />
