Rights of Mortqagee~. <br /> <br /> In the event any mortgage lender or investor lending <br />or agreeing to lend money to finance or refinance the <br />construction of the Improvements, or the furnishing or <br />equipping of the Project ("Redeveloper,s Mortgagee"), requests <br />any modification to this Agreementi the City shall, within <br />twenty (20) days of receiving such request, consent thereto and <br />execute such requested modification or state in writing its <br />reasons for refusal of such request. The City shall not <br />unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to such request. <br /> <br /> The City hereby consents to the collateral assignment <br />of this Agreement to Redeveloper's Mortgagee and the City <br />shall, if requested, furnish consents to Such collateral <br />assignments as RedeveloPer,s Mortgagee may reasonably request. <br />The City shall execute and deliver to Redeveloper or its <br />Mortgagee or lessees such estoppel certificates as may be <br />reasonably required from time to time during the pendency of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 12. Successors and Assiqns. <br /> <br /> All rights and obligations under this Agreement shall <br />be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties <br />hereto and their respective heirs, administrators, executors, <br />successors and assigns.
