hereof, no merger, consolidation or reorganization of <br /> Redeveloper or of a corporate general partner of RedeVeloper, <br /> change in the public ownership of stock of any of them, or' <br /> death or incapacity of any individual general partner, or sale <br /> or issuance of limited partnership or other interests of <br /> <br />Redeveloper, or the Redeveloper's reorganization or <br />'restructuring as a general or limited partnership, or the sale <br /> <br /> (syndication) of equity interests in such reorganized or <br /> restructured partnership entity, entering into a joint venture <br /> or partnership agreement for construction of all or a portion <br /> of the Project, Shall constitute a transfer for purpose hereof <br /> or be otherwise prohibited hereUnder. <br /> <br /> Section 13.. ComDletion. <br /> <br /> For all purposes of this Agreement, completion of the <br />Project or any phase thereof shall be deemed to have occurred <br />and the. ImproVements shall be deemed completed, at such time as <br />only minor details of construction, decoration or 'mechanical <br />adjustment (not of such nature, as to interfere materially with <br />normal conduct of business within the Project by Redeveloper) <br />shall remain to be done to the Improvements.
