for all hours worked during the second shift (3:30 p.m. to <br />12:00 midnight) and thirty cents ($.301, per hour for all hours <br />worked during the third shift (12:01 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.). In <br />the event a Foreman - Class A is temporarily transferred from <br />his regular day shift to assignment to another shift for the <br />purpose of emergency snowplowing, he shall receive a premium <br />pay of fifty cents ($.50) per hour for every hour worked up <br />to eight (8) hours. <br /> Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal <br /> actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br /> this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br /> and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br /> committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br /> open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> Section 8. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br /> emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br /> and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br /> all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br /> force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; <br /> otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the <br /> earliest period allowed by law; and Ordinance 13-90 adopted <br /> March 19, 1990, and all other ordinances or parts of ordin~ <br /> inconsistent herewith shall be and the sa e hereby ' <br /> at such time. ./ <br /> Adopted: ~ /, /~/ ,- <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />1 t <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
