My <br />enthusiasm for the downtown project with the addition of a <br />major society Bank project'next to it I'm sure will be shared <br />by the citizens of Lek,wood, the banking cus.~omers of Society <br />and the users of the Center in the future· <br /> This letter is intended to respond to the letter of November <br /> 27, 1991 and to document our understanding of the agreements <br /> made yesterday. <br /> 1) The City is in the process and has an agreement <br /> for the purchase of the old Lek.wood Post office. <br /> 2) Lakewood Associates, Inc., (LAI) per their <br /> agreement with the city, has the right of purchase of the post <br /> office and adjoining parking lot which right will be waived to <br /> the extent that the property is sold to society National Bank <br /> for the purpose of a bank location including a ATM machine. <br /> <br /> <br />
