PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement is made this <br />1991, by and between Marsha Rhodes, <br />"Seller") and the, City of Lakewood, <br /> <br />__-day of , <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as <br /> a Municipal Corporation, <br /> <br />12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Buyer" ) . <br /> <br /> WITNES SETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller desire to sell and Buyer desires to buy <br />certain real property located at 1418-20 Victoria Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, all such property referred to herein as the <br />"Property" which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br />and "B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, <br />together with all Seller's right, title and interest in and to <br />the property described which Seller may have in said property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />promises, covenants and <br />other good and valuable <br /> <br /> in consideration of the mutual <br />agreements contained herein and for <br /> <br /> consideration, the receipt and <br /> <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto <br /> <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. AGREEMENT TO BUY AND. SELL. <br />and convey to Buyer and Buyer agrees <br /> <br /> Seller agrees to sell <br />to buy and take title, <br /> <br />under the terms and conditions and conditions set forth below, <br />to all of Seller's right, title, estate and interest in and to <br />the real property described in Exhibit "A", together with all <br />Buildings and improvements located thereon (the "Real Property") <br />and all appurtenant rights, privileges and easements belonging <br />thereto, together with all of Seller's rights, title, estate and <br />interest in and to the following. <br /> <br /> <br />
