PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This agreement is .made this day of <br /> <br />1991, by and between Julia Stratton Trust <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the City of <br />'Lakewood, a Municipal Corporation, 12650 Detroit Avenue, <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seller desire to sell and Buyer desires to <br />buy certain real property located at 15001 Detroit Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, all such property referred to herein as the <br />"Property" which is more particularly described in Exhibit <br />"A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br />herein, together with all Seller's right, title and <br />interest in and to the property described which Seller may <br />have in .said property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual <br />promises, covenants and agreements contained herein and for <br />other gOod and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties <br />hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. AGREEMENT TO BUY AND SELL.
