1502.05. COSTS; CORRECTIONS. Costs incurred by the City which may entail Fire Department personnel, or their designated assist- ants, or supplies, equipment or work which may be ordered by the Fire Chief shall be the sole re- sponsibility of the owner of the tanks. Correc- tions shall be made as soon as possible to protect life and property. 1502.06. PERMIT FEES. The fee for all permits issued by the Fire Chief pursuant to this Chapter shall 'be as stated in current fees adopted by Ordinance of the City Council or as designated by the Fire Chief. 1502.99. PENALTY. Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its commit- tees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all mem- bers elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immedi- ately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law Adopted: CLERK Approved:'~~ ~/~ ~ 3
