1502.05. COSTS; CORRECTIONS. <br /> <br />Costs incurred by the City which may entail Fire <br />Department personnel, or their designated assist- <br />ants, or supplies, equipment or work which may be <br />ordered by the Fire Chief shall be the sole re- <br />sponsibility of the owner of the tanks. Correc- <br />tions shall be made as soon as possible to protect <br />life and property. <br /> <br />1502.06. PERMIT FEES. <br /> <br />The fee for all permits issued by the Fire Chief <br />pursuant to this Chapter shall 'be as stated in <br />current fees adopted by Ordinance of the City <br />Council or as designated by the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />1502.99. PENALTY. <br /> <br />Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of <br />the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined <br />not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or <br />imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for <br />each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed <br />committed each day during or on which a violation <br />or noncompliance occurs or continues. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its commit- <br />tees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all mem- <br />bers elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immedi- <br />ately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it <br />shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed <br />by law <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />Approved:'~~ ~/~ ~ <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
