(43) (44) works, including land that shall be an integral part of the treatment process or is used for'ultimate disposal of residues resulting from such treatment. ,,Watercourse" means a 'channel in which a flow of water occurs, whether continuously or intermittently. ,,Waters of the State" means all streams, lakes, ponds, marshes, watercourses, waterways, wells, springs, reservoirs, aquifers, irrigation systems, drainage system-s and all other bodies or accumulations of water, surface or underground, natural or artificial, public or private, which are contained within, flow° through or border upon the State or any portion thereof. Section 2~ That existing Section 913.06 (d) (2) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: 913.06 MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS. (d) ........... (2) Any waters or wastes containing toxic or poisonous solids, 'liquids, or gases in sufficient quantity, either singly or by interaction with. other wastes, to injure or interfere with any wastewater treatment process, constitute a hazard to humans or animals, create a public nuisance, or create any hazard in the receiving waters of the wastewater treatment plant, including but not limited to the following concentrations of materials in the wastes as received at the influent of the wastewater treatment plant; or any pollutant identified pursuant to Section 307 (a) of the Act: Copper 0.0~- mg/1 Arsenic 0.01 mg/1 Zinc 0.04 mg/1 Cadmium 0.01 mg/1 Lead 0.1 mg/1 Mercury 0. 0005 mg/1 Total Chromium 0.25 mg/1 Silver 0. 0036 mg/1 Nickel 0.07 mg/1 Cyanide (HCN) 0.03 mg/1 Chloroform 1.0 mg/1 Free Oil 5.0 mg/1 Total Phenolics 0.05 mg/1 pH 6.5-9.0 s.u. shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 913.06 MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS.
