That existing Section 913.06 (d) of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended by enactment' of new <br />Section 913.06 (d) (9) to read as follows. <br /> <br />913.06 MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br /> (d) .......... <br /> <br /> (9) Pollutants which create a fir'e or'explosion hazard in'the <br /> City including, but not limited to, wastestreams with a <br /> closed cup -flashpoint of less than 140© F. or 60© C. <br /> using the test method specified in 40 CFR 261.21. <br /> Section 4. 'That existing Section 913.06 (e) (1) of the <br />codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as-follows: <br /> <br />913.06 MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Any liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than one <br />hundred fifty (150© F) (65© C), or causing, individually <br />or in combination with other wastewater, the influent at <br />the wastewater treatment plant to have a temperature <br />exceeding one hundred four (104© F) (40° C) <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />913.06 MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br /> (1) Any liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than one <br /> hundred forty (140° F) (60© C), or causing, individually <br /> or in combination with other wastewater, the influent at <br /> the wastewater treatment plant to have a temperature <br /> exceeding one hundred four (104© F) (40° C). <br /> Section 5. That existing Section 913.06 (e) of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended by enactment of new <br />Sections 913.06 (e) (9) and (10) to read as follows. <br /> <br />913.06 MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />Any discharge of petroleum oil, non-biodegradable cutting <br />oil or products of mineral oil origin in amounts that can <br />pass through or cause interference with the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />10) <br /> <br />No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged <br />trucked or hauled pollutants, including industrial and <br />septic wastes, into any location of the sewer system or <br />the wastewater treatment plant at any time. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That existing Section 913.06 (f) of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended by the enactment of new <br />Section 913.06 (f) (5) to read as follows. <br /> <br />913.06 MUNICIPAL'SEWERs USE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Mass Limitations. The city may impose mass limitations <br />on discharges which are suspected of using dilution to <br />meet the pretreatment standards for requirements of this <br /> <br /> <br />
