Gallagher. <br /> <br />Mr. Gallagher gave information pertaining to vehicle traffic and its <br />effect on asphalt surfaces. Car traffic is actually needed to keep <br />the asphalt in good condition. Heavy bus and truck traffic will cause <br />deterioration of the surface. <br /> <br />Mayor Harbarger asked for a shOw of hands to determine the attendance <br />for each street.
