Course IV: Thence North 84 degrees 36' 10" East, <br />50.20 feet to a point and the principle place of <br />beginning and containing 0.5315 acres of land as <br />calculated and described in October, 1991, by <br />Edward B. Dudley, III, P.S. 6747 of North Coast <br />Engineering and Surveying Co., Inc., based on a <br />boundary survey prepared by Campbell and Associ- <br />ates, Inc., and certified by Robert A. Dorner, <br />P.S. 6943, be the same more or less but subject to <br />all legal highways and easements of record. <br />Bearings are based on the centerline of Warren <br />Road being North 03 degrees 22' 00" East as ap- <br />pears on said boundary survey plan. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to notify the Auditor of Cuyahoga County of <br />the vacation of the hereinbefore described property by forwarding to <br />him a certified copy of the within ordinance together with a duly <br />certified vacation plat. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its commit- <br />tees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all mem- <br />bers elected to Council, it. shall take effect and be in force immedi- <br />ately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it <br />shall take effect and be in force aft~~llowed <br /> <br /> ~~.~IDENT ~ <br /> <br />by law. <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />Appr°ved:(~'~ ;'-~, t ~ ~ 2~ <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
