", ~Section 6. Foremen - Class A and Traffic Signal Tech- <br /> nicians - Public Works Department, who work more than four (4) <br /> hours as part of a regular shift assignment between the hours of <br /> 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. shall receive a shift premium of <br /> twentyfive cents ($.25) per hour for all hours worked during the <br /> second shift (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight) and thirty cents <br /> ($.30) per hour for all hours worked during the third shift <br /> (12:01 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.). In the event a Foreman - Class A <br /> is temporarily transferred from his regular day shift to <br /> assignment to another shift for the purpose of emergency <br /> snowplowing, he shall receive a premium pay of fifty cents <br /> ($.50) per hour for every hour worked up to eight (8) hours. <br /> <br /> SectiOn 7. It ~ is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; <br />otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the <br />earliest period allowed by law; and Ordinance 7-91, adopted April <br />1, 1991, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith shall be and the~~~repealed <br />at Such time. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~ <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
