In the event of the GRANTEE's noncompliance with the nondiscrimination clauses of <br />this- contract, this contract may be cancelled· terminated· or Suspended in whole or in <br /> <br /> 't and the GRANTEE may be ineligible for further State contracts, and other such <br />sanctions may be imposed and remedies instituted as otherwise provided by law. <br /> <br />17. The GRAITTEE shall indemnify, protect and save harmless the DEPART~NT, its agents <br />and employees from any and against any and all claims· actions', damages, liability· and <br />expense in connection with and arising from work performed under this Agreement. <br /> <br />18. This Agreement incorporates the provisions of the Boating Safety Education Grant <br />Guidelines and Application as if fully set forth herein. <br /> <br />19. This Agreement shall be in effect starting from the date of execution by the <br />Director of the.
