Any waters or wastes containing toxic or poisonous solids, <br />liquids, or gases in sufficlen~ quantity, either singly <br />or by interaction with other wastes, to injure or interfere <br />with any wastewater treatment process, constitute a hazard <br />to humans or animals, create a public nuisance, cause acute <br />worker health and safety problems, or create any hazard <br />in the receiving waters of the was~ewater treatment plant, <br />including but not limited to the following concentrations <br />of materials in the wastes as discharged into the <br />wastewater disposal system; or any pollutant identified <br />pursuant to Section 3D7 ~a) of the Act: <br /> <br />Copper U.21 mg/1 <br />Arsenic U.32 mg/1 <br />Zinc 2.~U mg/1 <br />Cadmium U.49 mg/i <br />Lead 3.1 mg/1 <br />Mercury U.UU7 mg/1 <br />Total Chromium 25.O mg/I <br />Silver 1.7 mg/i <br />Nickel 1.3 mg/1 <br />Cyanide 4.8 mg/1 <br />Chloroform 1.O mg/1 <br />Free Oil 5.u mg/l <br />Total Phenolics O.U5 mg/1 <br />pH 6.5-9.U mg/l <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of tis Council, ara that all such deliberations of <br />this council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action <br />were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 3.
