Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br />913.Ob MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS'· <br /> <br />{d) <br /> <br />Any waters or wastes containing toxic or poisonous solids, <br />liquids, or gases in sufficient quantity, either singly <br />or by interaction with other wastes, to injure or interfere <br />with any wastewater treatment process, constitute a hazard <br />to humans or animals, create a public nuisance, cause acute <br />worker health and safety problems, or create any hazard <br />in the receiving waters of the wastewater treatment plant, <br />including but not limited to the following concentrations <br />of materials in the wastes as received at the influent of <br />she wastewater treatment plant; or any pollutant identified <br />pursuant to Section 3U7 (a) of the Act: <br /> <br />Copper U.U2 mg/1 <br />Arsenic O.Oi mg/1 <br />Zinc U.U~ mg/1 <br />Cadmium O.U1 mg/1 <br />Lead 0.1 mg/l <br />Mercury O.UUUb mg/1 <br />Total Chromium U.25 mg/1 <br />Silver O.UU3b mg/1 <br />Nickel U.U7 mg/1 <br />Cyanide U.U3 mg/1 <br />Chloroform 1.0 mg/1 <br />Free Oil 5.U mg/1 <br />Total Phenolics 0.05 mg/1 <br />pH 6.5-9.0 mg/1 <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />913.Ob MUNICIPAL SEWERS USE RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br /> <br />
