85-92 Amend Traffic Code -353 Parking

(ii) the location and time limits for parking meters and the fee per unit of time to be paid by the operator'of.any vehicle occupying a designated space in any parking area controlled by a parking ~meter, and (iii) parking lots or portions of lots for permit parking and providing for specific permits for one or more such lots or areas. Said Schedule shall be filed with the Clerk of Council. If Council fails to reject said Schedule within sixty (60) days, said Schedule shall become effective. Section 2. That Section 353.07 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: 353.07 Permit issuance; transfers; restrictions. (b) . . . (c) Such permit may not be used for the parking of any automobile in any metered[ space on the public streets of the City. That Section 353.08 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows: 353.08 Permit Fees and Periods The fee for each permit and/or class of permits issued under the provisions of this Chapter and for each renewal thereof shall be as set forth in the Schedule of off-street parking permits which shall be established by the Director of Public Safety for the period ending December 31, 1992.
