EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> LEAF COMPOSTING AGRRRMl~NT <br /> <br /> with <br /> <br />THE GREATER CLRV~.Tm~TD ECOLOGY ASSOCIATION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 1st day <br /> <br /> of November , 1992, by and between THE GREATER CLEVELAND <br /> <br /> ECOLOGY ASSOCIATION ("GCEA"), having its principal place of business <br /> <br /> in Cleveland, Ohio, and takew00d <br /> , (the <br /> "Municipal ity" ) . <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Municipality may deposit leaves at one of GCEA's <br />composting sites.. GCEA maintains several sites and shall determine <br />which site shall be used by the Municipality for depositing its <br />leaves. <br /> <br /> 2. The leaves shall be free of brush, concrete, asphalt, <br />bottles, cans and other solid waste. <br /> <br /> 3. The Municipality shall make available equipment and <br />manpower to assist GCEA in the leaf composting process. GCEA shall <br />give the Municipality adequate notice of the scheduling of the <br /> <br />Municipality's equipment and manpower. <br /> <br /> 4. The <br /> <br />of ~hree thousand <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 5. The <br /> <br />Dollars ($ 1.00 <br /> <br />Municipality shall pay GCEA a one-time fee <br />Dollars ($3,000.00 ) upon execution of this <br /> <br /> Municipality shall pay GCEA one <br /> <br />) per cubic yard of leaves deposited at GCEA's <br /> <br />site.
