6. Leaves deposited by the Municipality shall become the <br /> property of GCEA which shall have the right to sell the composted <br /> leaves in such manner as it deems appropriate, with no proceeds of <br /> sale being due the Municipality. <br /> <br /> 7. Neither party shall assign its rights or obligations <br /> under this Agreement without the written consent of the other party, <br /> such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br /> 8. This Agreement is effective as of the date set forth <br /> above and shall remain in effect for one (1) year. The Agreement <br /> shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods unless <br /> written notice of the intent not to renew is delivered to the other <br /> party sixty (60) days before the termination of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 9.
