<br />Schools shall be solely responsible for all costs in excess of that <br />amount. <br />4. The City shall pay the One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars <br />($120,000) to the City schools within fifteen days after the <br />effective date of Ordinance No. , authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to enter into the Agreement herein. <br />5. The City will fund~the ongoing maintenance and operation <br />of said equipment in the amount of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) <br />Dollars each year thereafter for as alon~ as the City continues to <br />receive at least a five percent (5%) franchise fee from Cox Cable <br />Cleveland Area, Inc. or any other successor company providing cable <br />services to the City, and so long as the federal government <br />requires funding for cable community access at or above the level <br />currently required. <br />6. The maintenance and operation fee shall be payable to the <br />city Schools each year on the fifteenth day of January. Any <br />maintenance and operation fees paid by the City which are not <br />needed for that purpose shall be used by City Schools to promote <br />educational and community use of cable television. <br />7. The City schools shall purchase said equipment pursuant to <br />state law and established city School purchasing procedures. The <br />City Schools shall own and insure said equipment at full <br />replacement cost at school expense. <br />8. Said equipment shall be used and housed at the Lakewood <br /> <br />4 <br />
