<br />High School Television Studio and no equipment shall be removed <br />from school property without the prior written consent of the <br />Superintendent of City Schools. <br />9. Said equipment shall be used for educational purposes by <br />the City Schools and to develop programming for the Instructional <br />Network linking those public and private school buildings and other <br />public buildings identified'in the City's franchise agreement with <br />Cox Cable. Each private school or public entity shall be <br />responsible, at their own cost, for purchasing any equipment <br />necessary to receive broadcasts on the Instructional Network via <br />the "B-Loop." <br />10. Said equipment shall also bè available for use by <br />residents of the City to produce promotional or instructional <br />tapes for broadcast on the City's cable system. All broadcasts <br />must be arranged with and approved by Cox Cable or any other cable <br />company then providing service to the city. Neither the City nor <br />the City Schools shall bear any responsibility for the content of <br />any private broadcasts. <br />11. Any person desiring to use the equipment must make prior <br />arrangements to do so with the Office of the Superintendent of the <br />city Schools, who shall be solely responsible for supervising any <br />and all use of the equipment. <br />12. To the e~tent funds are available from the maintenance and <br />operating fee, the City Schools shall provide necessary training <br /> <br />5 <br />
