<br />and technical assistance to any resident of the City and to any <br /> <br /> <br />representative of the City desiring to use the equipment to develop <br /> <br /> <br />programming for the city's cable system. No one shall be permitted <br /> <br /> <br />to use the equipment without proper training, as determined by the <br /> <br /> <br />Office of the Superintendent of the city Schools. <br /> <br /> <br />13. This Agreement supersedes any and .all other agreements, <br /> <br /> <br />either oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to <br /> <br /> <br />the subject matter hereof, and no other agreement, statement, or <br /> <br /> <br />promises relating to the subject matter of this Agreement that is <br /> <br /> <br />not contained herein shall be valid or binding. <br /> <br /> <br />14. Subject to the provisions regarding assignments, this <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement shall be binding on the heirs, executors, administrators, <br /> <br /> <br />legal representatives, successors, and assigns of the respective <br />parties. <br />15. The validity of this Agreement and any of its terms or <br />provisions, as to the rights and duties of the parties defined <br />hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of the State of ohio. <br />16. This Agreement may be amended by the mutual agreement by <br />the parties hereto in writing to be attached to and incorporated <br />into this Agreement. <br />17. In the event that anyone or more of the provisions <br />contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be <br />invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, <br />illegality or shall not affect any other provisions and this <br /> <br />6 <br />
