BAND H - $4.25 - $10.75 Student Labor Student Technician Clerk-Receptionist School Guard Kitchen Aide Substitute Bus Driver Student Police Cadet Student Assistant-Law Department Microfilm Clerk Utility Inspector Security Guard Cleaning Aide BAND I Civil Service Commissioners $4,000 ADDITIONAL ANNUAL MERIT PAY Salaried Employees working in a position that utilizes the below listed licenses shall receive additional annual merit pay upon receipt of the following licenses issued by the State of Ohio: Master Plumber's License $1,000 Plumbing Inspector's License 1,000 Electrical Inspector's License 1,000 Class III Field Inspector's License 1,000 Class I Wastewater Treatment License 750 Class II Wastewater Treatment License 1,000 Class III Wastewater.Treatment License 1,500 Class IV.Wastewater Treatment License. 2,000 Class I Water Distribution License 500 Class II.Water Distribution License 1,000 Class I Water/Wastewater Collection License 500 Class II Water/Wastewater Collection License 1,000 ISA Certified Arborist 500 Section 2. Salary of the Director'of Law shall cover all ordinary services including legal advice and opinions as requested by the Council or any individual member of Council, the Mayor and directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolutions, attendance at council meetings, and the administration and supervision of the Law Department. The Director of Law, the Assistant Director of Law and the Assistant Prosecutor shall receive as additional compensation, professional fees for the handling of any litigation involving the City of Lakewood, or other extraordinary services, such fees 'not to exceed $70.00 per hour. Section 3. Ail compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal installments every two weeks. Section 4. Ail annual salaried employees, shall be entitled to compensable time off for actual hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week, and for work performed on Saturday, Sunday and any holiday as defined in Section 149.10, provided herein that no accrued comp time shall be converted to cash upon termination of employment. In lieu of the compensable time authorized herein, all annual salaried employees covered under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act shall be paid time and one-half their regular pay for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week. This Section does not apply to Traffic Signal Technicians - Public Works Department, whose overtime
