Captions. The captions or headings in the Agreement <br />are for convenience only and in no way define, limit or describe <br />the scope or intent of any provisions or sections of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />H. Laws of State Govern. This Agreement shall be <br />deemed to be an Agreement made under the laws of the State of Ohio <br />and for all purposes shall be governed by and construed in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />I. Proqram Income. To the extent the City recaptures <br />HOME Funds pursuant to Section 6.
