<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />AN AGREEMENT made , 1995 by and between The <br />Lakewood Commission On Aging, an Ohio not-for-profit corporation <br />, (hereinafter 'ILessorll), 16024 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, and <br />The City of Lakewood, an Ohio municipal corporation, 12650 <br />Detroit Avenue (hereinafter "Lessee"). <br /> <br />1. At no time shall use and control of said vehicl.es by <br />Lessee under the terms of the herein lease agreement ripen into <br />title of said vehicles in Lessee. <br /> <br />5.
