<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to establish temporary appropriations for current
<br />expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three
<br />months, January 1, 1996 to March 31,1996 as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the
<br />Rev.ised Code.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the
<br />public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of
<br />municipal departments; now, therefore,
