Self Insurance Fund 15,000 <br />Recreation Self Insurance Fund 1.500 <br />Workers' Compensation Fund 150,000 <br /> <br />Total internal Service Funds $ 857,200 <br /> <br />Section 7. That further all existing encumbrances in all funds of the City of <br />Lakewood shall be carried forward. <br /> <br />Section 8.
