<br />sholl be and is hereby amended to read os follows' <br /> <br />902.JO <br /> <br />Wastewater Improvement Fund; Wastewater Collections <br />System Fund; and Wastewater Treatment Fund. <br /> <br />(0) All property taxes designated for wastewater system use and 011 of <br />the capitol charges portion of the variable charges sholl be kept and <br />maintained in 0 separate fund in on account hereby designated the <br />Wastewater Improvement Fund. The revenues from 011 bonds and notes <br />issued for the acquisition and installation of such system sholl accrue to <br />this account and be used for improvement and extension of the <br />wastewater collections system and the wastewater treatment piant <br /> <br />(b) All of the user charges portion of the variable charges relating to <br />the wastewater collections system shall be kept and maintained in a <br />separate fund in an account hereby designated as the Wastewater <br />Collections System Fund. All operating maintenance, repair and <br />repiacement costs for the wastewater collections sysfem shall be paid <br />from this Fund. <br /> <br />(c) All of the user charges portion of the variable charges relating to <br />the wastewater treatment plant shall be kept and maintained in a <br />separate fund in an account designated as the WasteWater Treatment <br />Fund. All operating, maintenance, repair and replacement costs for the <br />wastewater treatment plant shall be paid from this Fund <br /> <br />Section 2 That the Director of, Finance is hereby authorized and directed to <br />take the necessary steps to establish and rename said accounts to receive <br />revenues and to make expenditures from said accounts for the above <br />described purposes <br /> <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />çonceming and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council Gmd <br />of any of its comn:>ittees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 4.
