<br />Section 3 That section 913.25 of fhE) Public Services Code now reading <br />as foliows' <br /> <br />91325 HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION SEWER RATES <br />The Director of Public Works is hereby authonzE)d and dirE)ctE)d to establish <br />special homE)stE)ad E)xE)mption SE)WE)[ ratE)s chargE)d by thE) Division of <br />WatE)r E)ffE)ctivE) January 1. ¡ 993. for all pE)rsons qualifying for this <br />E)xE)mption as E)stablishE)d by RE)solution 6182-87. as foliows: <br />(a) ThE) minimum chargE) for thE) first 1,000 cubic fE)E)t or lE)sS of water <br />used during each one or three-month biliing period shall not <br />exceed nine doliars and twenty cents ($9.20) <br />(b) AIi water used in excess of 1,000 cubic feet during E)ach one or <br />three-month billing pE)rlod shali cost not more than ninety-two cents <br />($0.92) per 100 cubic feet <br /> <br />shali be and the same is hereby amended to read as foliows: <br /> <br />91325 HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION for SEWER RATES <br />There is hereby established a special homestead exemption whereby <br />sewer rates charged to persons qualifying under section 915.03 shall be <br />not more than 85% of the sewer rotè established pursuant 902 04 <br /> <br />Section 4' It is found and determined that ali formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that ali such deliberations of <br />this Council and of any of its cornrnittees that resulted in such forrnal action <br />werE) in meE)tings open to the public. in compliance with ali legal requirE)ments <br /> <br />Section 5.
