<br />.",. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) The Director ot Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to <br />establish sewer rates charged by the Division of Water effective January <br />1, 1993, as follows: <br />(1) The minimum charge for the first 1,000 cubic feet or less of <br />water used during each one or three-month billing period shall not <br />exceed ten dollars and eighty-two cents ($10 82). <br />(2) All water used in excess of 1,000 cubic feet during each one <br />or three- month billing period shall cost not more than one <br />dollar and eight and two-tenth cents ($1 082) per 100 cubic feet. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows' <br /> <br />90204 RATES AND CHARGES <br />(a) The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to annually <br />establish sewer rates charged by the Lakewood Division of Water and <br />Wastewater Collections and the Lakewood Division of Wastewater <br />Treatment <br />(1) Such charges and rates shall be made against each lot, <br />parcel of land or premises which may have an active sewer <br />connection with the Municipal wastewater disposal system or which <br />may otherwise discharge wastewater either directly or indirectly <br />into such system or any part thereof <br />(2) Such charges and rates shall be based on all water used <br />during each one month billing period <br />(3) Such rates shail be charged monthly <br /> <br />(b) , <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) Eftective February 1, 1996, sewer rates charged by the Lakewood <br />Division of Water and Wastewater Collections shall be billed at a rate ot <br />hot more than one and forty-seven hundredths dollars ($1.47) Per one <br />hundred cubic feet of metered water consumptiçn. <br /> <br />Section 2' That section 902.05 of the Public Services Code now readihg <br />as follows' <br /> <br />902.05 METER READiNGS <br />Charges for residential. commerciai and industrial sewer services shall be <br />base'd on the metered wastewater flow measured quarterly <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows' <br /> <br />90205 METER READINGS. <br />Charges for residential, commercial and industriai sewer services shall be <br />based on the metered wastewater flow measured monthly <br /> <br />Page 2/3 <br />
