Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all ordinary services <br />including legal advice and opinions as requested by Council or any individual <br />member of Council, the Mayor and directors of departments, the drafting of <br />ordinances and resolutions, attendance at Council Meetings, and the <br />~dminl-qtl:ation and supervision of the Law Depax~ent. An Assistant Director of <br />Law and/or Prosecutor may receive, as additional compensation, professional fees <br />for the handling of any litigation involving the City of Lakewood, or other <br />extraordinary services not to exceed $70.00 per hour. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal <br />inst~llments every two (2) weeks. <br /> <br /> Section 4. All annual salaried employees shall be entitled to compensable <br />t/me off for actual hours worked in excess of eight. (8) hours per day and forty (40) <br />hours per week, and for work performed on Saturday, Sunday and any holiday as <br />defined in Section 149.10, provided herein that no accrued compensatory time shall <br />be converted to cash upon termination of employment. In lieu of the compensable <br />time authorized herein, all annual salaried employees covered under the provisions <br />of the Fair Labor Standards Act shall be paid time and one-half their regular pay <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
