1737.11 OBSTRUCTION OF OFFICER <br /> <br /> No person shall in any manner obstruct, hinder or interfere with any officer or person in <br />the full discharge of his duty hereunder, or relhse or with.hold any information from the <br />aforementioned officials relative to the sanita~ conditions, management or arrangements of a <br />public laundry. <br /> <br />1737.12 TRANSFER OF LICENSE. <br /> <br /> Any license granted hereunder may be transferred from one location to another upon <br />written application made therefor to the Division of Public Health, and upon the approval of such <br />~ by the official charged with the enforcement of this Sanitary Code. <br /> <br />1737.13 FINDINGS AND ORDERS; APPEAL. <br /> <br /> Any finding or order by the official charged with the enforcement of this Sanitary Code, <br />affecting the privilege of any person or corporation to conduct a laundry business or any order of <br />such officer affecting the manner or the conduct of the laundry business under the provision of <br />tiffs chapter shall be in writing and a copy thereof shatl be served by mail on the corporation or <br />person affected thereby. Within five days after the receipt of such notice the person or <br />corporation affected thereby shall have the right of appeal to a Board of Appeals composed of the <br />Mayor, the Director of Law and the official charged with the enforcement of this Sanitary Code. <br />Notice of such appeal shall be in writing and shall be delivered or mailed to the Mayor. The <br />Board. of Appeals may approve, modify or abate the order or finding. <br /> <br />shall I~ and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relaling to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />at, inn were in meetings open to the public in compliance with ail legal requirements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />MC/or <br /> <br /> <br />
