<br />SEC.TION 10. That the Clerk of this Council be and <br />she is hereby directed to deliver to the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County a certified copy of this ordinance within fifteen <br />(15) days following its passage. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. That it is found and determined that all <br />formal actions of this Council concerning any relating to <br />the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action were in meetings open to the public -in <br />compliance wi~h all legal requirements. <br /> <br />SECTION 12.
