Such payment by the City shall be distributed among City funds according to <br />the enrollment of each division participating in the City's employee <br />hospitalization plan. Cost allocation shall be determined based on the <br />number of employees in each division participating in the hospitalization <br />plan. The total costs of hospitalization services shall be allocated according <br />to the percent of enrollment each division represents as compared to the total <br />enrollment on the City's hospitalization plans. Where there is no provision in <br />grant programs to pay for employee hospitalization costs,, the Director of <br />Finance will allocate that cost to the funds based upon the total allocation of <br />all other hospitalization costs. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the <br />reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed <br />by law~ <br /> <br /> President of Council <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br />M~yor <br /> <br /> <br />
