That the existing Section 1161.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (s) to read as follows: <br />7167.03 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC USES <br />(s) Wireless Teleromm~nication Tower. In an Industrial District, a wireless <br />telecommunication tower may be permitted as a conditionally permitted use where the <br />proposed use complies with all the requirements of Section 7 7 59.04(b) of the Code. <br />Section 3l. That existing Section 7771.03(e) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: <br />1171.03 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />(e) To ieview and recommend to Council approval or disapproval of plat for the subdivision <br />and resubdivision of any lots, and plat for lot splits and lot consolidations. <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1177.D3 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />(e) To review and recommend to Council approval or disapproval of plats for the subdivision <br />and resubdivision of any major subdivision. <br />Section 32.
