That existing Section 1173.03(c) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now <br />reading respectively as follows:. <br />1173.03 DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE <br />(c) Where the Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a permitted use <br />for the district in which it is to be located, the similar use shall be permitted similar use for <br />said district. <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1173.03 DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE <br />(c) Where the Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a permitted use <br />in a Commercial Office C1 District, Commercial Retail C2 District, Commercial General <br />Business, C3 District or the Industrial District in which it is to be located, the similar use <br />shall be a permitted similar use for said district. <br />j <br />Section 34.
