information "hotline' is established in the NS Police Communications Center in <br />Roanoke, Virginia. which can immediately access all NS dispatch cemers. <br /> <br />Additional Safety_ Measures on Routes Where F/azmat Traffic is ex_vected to Double and <br />Ex~l 20.000 car loads annually <br /> <br /> NS will provide the following risk management measures to mil line segments where <br />hazardous material traffic doubles and exceeds 20,000 ear loads annually: <br /> <br />NS will implement the mitigation measures noted above for Key Routes, including <br />implementation of the OT-55 guidelines for Key Routes, provision ofh~rdons <br />materials contingency planning information to affected counties for dissem/nation to <br />LEPCs, and a 24--hour toll-fre~ "hotline' for hazardous materials emergency response <br />information. <br /> <br />NS will provide hazardous materials emergency response training drilh for each <br />rail line segment within two years after Approval of the Transaction.
