That existing Section 1173.03(c) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now <br />reading respectively as follows: <br /> <br />1173.03 DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Where the Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a permitted use <br />for the district in which it is to be located, the similar use shall be permitted similar use for <br />said district. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1173.03 DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Where the Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a permitted use <br />in a Commercial Office C1 District, Commercial Retail C2 District, Commercial General <br />Business, C3 District or the Industrial District in which it is to be located, the similar use <br />shall be a permitted similar use for said district. <br /> <br /> Section 34. That existing Section 1173.03(d) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: <br /> <br />1173.03 DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Where the Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a conditionally <br />permitted use for the district in which it is to be located, the similar use shall be permitted <br />similar use for said district. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Where the Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a conditionally <br />permitted use in a Commercial Office C1 District, Commercial Retail C2 District, <br />Commercial General Business, C3 District or the Industrial District in which it is to be <br />located, the similar use shall be a permitted similar use for said district. Where the <br />Commission finds that a proposed use is substantially similar to a conditionally permitted <br />use in a Commercial Office C1 District, Commercial Retail C2 District, Commercial <br />General Business, C3 District or the Industrial District in which it is to be located, it shall <br />be deemed a conditionally similar use for said districts subject to the requirements of <br />Section 1173.02. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br /> <br />
