That the existing Section 1161.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (s) to read as follows: <br /> <br />1161.03 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC USES <br /> <br />(s) <br /> <br />Wireless Telecommunication Tower. In an Industrial District, a wireless <br />telecommunication tower may be permitted as a conditionally permitted use where the <br />proposed use complies with ail the requirements of Section 1159.04(b) of the Code. <br /> <br /> Section 31. That existing Section 1171.03(e) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: <br /> <br />1171.03 PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br /> <br />To i'eview and recommend to Council approval or disapproval of plat for the subdivision <br />and resubdivision of any tots, and plat for lot splits and lot consolidations. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1171.03 PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br /> <br />To review and recommend to Council approval or disapproval of plats for the subdivision <br />and resubdivision of any major subdivision. <br /> <br /> Section 32.
